HALLOWEEN 2026

Halloween was an interesting day!  Tony and I went to the gym and walked with Pat. We walked and visited and then after leaving, we went to Costco and got some groceries. We came home and had a good relaxing day planned. I got some paper and such, &  brought it down to the living room and Tony worked on a puzzle. We watched the BYU game at 1 o'clock. It was a close one!!  We went to the new POLO LOCO fast food place at half time and got a chicken salad. We brought it home and ate it while finishing the rest of the game.  BYU did win by a touchdown against Arizona State but it was not lookin good for a while!!  lol So much for relaxing!

We continued to watch TV and work on puzzle and cards UNTIL evening. I had Halloween candy but not much. lol However, No door bells ringing at all. I didn't really expect a lot of Trick or Treaters because I never get very many. At 7:30, I got a call from Katelynn and she asked if we were home. I said we were so she said she and Anna would be at my door in a minute. I went to the door and it was pouring rain! I had no idea it was raining!! 

They were out by themselves and Katie drives so they weren't wet. They came in and I got a picture of them in their costumes. Katie did the artwork with bleach and water.

A couple of skeletons. 

Katie is a very good artist. She had some other things painted on the back . A skeleton on a skeleton horse and a dragon.  They stayed for about 1/2 hour  and Anna helped Tony for a while on his puzzle. Katie told me about the guy she is dating and then they decided they were going to IN & OUT to eat. They left and it was still raining pretty good. I could see why I didn't have trick or treaters.

We watched the BSU/TEXAS game. There were posts on Facebook of Kellan Moore back on the blue turf during the day and then he was being honored at half time with a 9 foot statue of him that is being placed on campus. SO COOL!~

The game at half time was BSU 28 and Texas 3. 

The statue was unveiled and Kellan gave a short speech. Very short. It was kinda funny. But, he a humble guy. Basically said it was good to be back on the blue and GO BRONCOS'!  

The 2nd half started and Texas came out ON FIRE!~

Before long we were behind and it was seriously

NOT LOOKING GOOD!  We were both getting worried and then Maddox got sacked and hyper extended his leg and he was out!!  They sent in our 2nd QB and he took care of business and we miraculously won by ONE STINKIN POINT!! 

But it was a win, so we'll take it! lolIt was midnight and luckily, we were able to turn back the clock by an hour. So, off to bed we went.

Oh, and Tony finished his puzzle. lol
