DATE NIGHT

Tony's been out of town working all week (AGAIN)  so when he comes home, we make the best of our time together! He told me he would take me to a movie and dinner. YEHAW!!  Jeff had told me how much he liked the new BATMAN movie so we opted to see that!

I got home from work and gave  Tony a haircut. 1st time since I had my shoulder surgery. His mother gave him one or two while I was laid up.  I had to stand on a stool to get the top but I did it!  Getting better all the time! Tony took a shower and then we headed to TEXAS ROADHOUSE for dinner!

We have been wanting to go here ever since they opened but it has been so packed every time we drive by, that we chose to wait! Tonight, Tony called ahead of time and asked them if there was a chance of getting in. They don't make reservations but they said if we were there at 5PM they would be ready for us. Sure enough, when we arrived ..... we were seated immediately!

We shared a rack of baby back ribs, some fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes. Oooooh, and their fresh rolls and cinnamon honey butter! Heavenly!  We still took home leftovers! Lunch today will be great! lol  The movie was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our DATE NIGHT!
