Last night, Tony and I rode over to The Morrison Center at BSU with Nate and Melissa to watch THE PIANO GUYS!
Tony and I love these guys! They are incredible musicians and we found out last night that they have a great sense of humor as well. They are LDS men. Paul Anderson owned a piano shop in St. George, Utah. He met musician Jon Schmidt when Jon walked into his piano store and asked if he could practice there for an upcoming concert.
Months later, Paul Anderson and Tel Stewart (then just for fun) started making videos together of Jon Schmidt. It was not too long after that they did their 1st collaboration with Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson, (the cellist) Joseph Sanns and Al van der Beek as the studio and music technician.
After the 5 of them started collaborating the group really started to take off, producing a music video each week and posting it to U-Tube. If you have never seen them, check them out on U-Tube! You'll instantly become a fan. It was a sold out show last night and the 2 hours went by way to fast. BEST CONCERT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO BY FAR. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
