PREPARATION DAY

I got up this morning and Tony and I ate a quick bowl of cereal and then went to the church to get a few more aluminum foils because I decided I needed to bake 10 potatoes as well. I got a email from Chris at the Salvation Army and he told me to plan on 50 to feed. I was planning on 40 so decided I needed to make up the difference.

I bake 22 white cupcakes.

While these were cooling and the others were baking, I washed and wrapped the 10 potatoes and have them ready to pop in the oven 1st thing in the morning.

Then I got busy and iced them. Tony ran some errands and I did 5 loads of laundry. Well, I started them, but it took all day to get them all done and folded and put away. At 4 this afternoon, we went to Smokey Mountain Pizza and got a Carnivores Pizza and went over to Lynns.  Diane had made ice-cream so we ate pizza and then ate her ice-cream. It was so good!! We played games until 6:30 and then we left. I had to pick up cup cakes from Donna Jenkins and then I had to be home because I had two other sisters delivering them to my house.  I had to be there to receive them!
I will get up in the morning to bake potatoes, load my car and head over at 9:30. I have to pick up Lynn's potatoes at 9:30 and then go to the center and make the soup. Two other sisters will join me at 11 to serve at 11:30. Will be glad to be done!
