TEMPLE TUESDAY

Tony got home kinda late last night. He and Yeti drove to Nyssa to pick up that washer and dryer for the lady in our ward. I didn't realize it would take so long but I guess 6 to 9 isn't that long. was just expecting him to be home sooner. lol Anyway, I started reading my new book....well 5th in the series I'm reading by Gerald Lund. It's so interesting. I read till I got tired so I quit and took up a different item.

I got busy on new embellishments. 

Only made three last night before Tony got home.  Cleaned up my mess  and then we went up to go to bed. We got up this morning and got ready to go to the temple. Lona and Joyce got home last night from their 2 weeks away. Lona came and took her mom to eastern Idaho fora couple of family weddings. We all five went to the temple this morning and did two endowments each.

Afterwards, we went to Chuck A Rama. We were going to go to the new Hawaiian restaurant on the blvd here in Nampa but Lona said she wanted to get her mother a new temple dress, slip and an envelope. Lona and Tony had talked about her clothes smelling when Tony picked Lona up from the airport. She said she washed them but she could still smell the rancid oil. (And she was right) So we ate and then drove to Deseret Book. I had her try on the dress I bought because it was only $35 dollars. She liked it and then Lona got her a slip and the packet. Tony is going to take over his high grade deodorizer to spray in her suitcase. We got her using another lotion instead of the olive oil so hopefully she will not be so odiferous. lol

Anyway, it was a nice day. It's supposed to rain this afternoon and tomorrow.  Sure hope so!! I think I'm ready for cooler weather. BRING ON THE FALL!~
