SEPTEMBER IS HERE!~

It's been a busy past week and then all of a sudden ....

IT'S SEPTEMBER!!!

Honestly, I'm glad Fall is on the way! It's funny! I always look forward to each season but I'm always kinda glad when Winter and Summer are over with. I could totally be happy with Spring & Fall but I will tolerate Summer and Winter. lol

I like a good suntan and a little highlight in the hair so it's all good!

We spent two days at the temple this past week. Tuesday and Saturday. It's always a good day when we are in the temple. We had a good Sunday. After church, we had dinner at Joyce's house. Yeti and Frank (his new roommate) came for dinner. We had beef stroganoff and salad and Yeti made a coconut peach cobbler. It was delicious!! Tony had a meeting at 2:30.  It was so hot in Joyce's house  I told the ladies that they could come over when Tony got home and I went home to read my book till he was back.  However, Lynn and Joyce came over and complained about how cool our house was so pulled out the blankets. Joyce even said "I can't believe you have the ceiling fan on".... I was a little annoyed. They tn covered up and went to sleep. lol At least I got to read for a little while.  When Tony came home, we watched a new movie we just bought. RASING THE BAR

It was a true story about Alma Richards who won a gold metal in the 1912. It was a good movie. After it was over, we played GOLF. At 6:45, the Elder's called and wanted Tony to meet them for a discussion with Rolondo. We played one more hand and then Tony left so the ladies went home as well. I READ!!  lol

We got up early this morning and went to the gym. I met with Pat and she gave me these two Scentsy hangers for the car. She is such a giving friend.  Every time I turn around, she gives me something. I wish she would quit giving me things. I try to reciprocate but I can't get a head of her. lol  We  came home and ate peaches and then went got to our yard work. I mowed the lawn and weeded, picked beets and tomatoes and then came in and showered. Resting now.
