HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2025 & MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US

We went to the gym at 7:30 this morning.  Pat and I were expecting to see the little kids parade around in their costumes but saw very few littles. However, we did see some adults playing pickleball all dressed up. Pictures are grainy because I had to zoom in.

Her blowup pants with a dog taking a bite outta her rear was pretty funny! I liked it.

How she played pickleball in the crab blowup was beyond me. It was a good one too! There was a gal on the track in a big tennis shoe but I wasn't quick enough to get her photo.  After we left, we came home and ate the cinnamon rolls that my Ministering Sister's brought over. They were good but SO RICH!! I was glad there was just one each. Tony wanted me to go to Home Depot with him to look at the tough sheds. We are going to put one in the garden area because lets face it....we are either getting lazy or too old. We don't want to garden anymore. I will still have my garden box and that is enough.

It's just such a pain this time of year.

We like this style and so we went in and talked to Lee, their salesman. He was a bit of a "Chatty" guy and I wanted to get home and get my cornbread muffins made for tonight....

But after looking at all they had to offer and figuring out what will work best in our spot, we went in and sat down with him and he actually showed us on his computer, all the windows, shelves etc.

And the floor is coated so it can be washed.

SO, we bought it and they will call us in a week or so and they will come out and build it on the spot. AND, it will be done in a day! We came home and I made my muffins.....

I got them ready to go and then went up and showered. We are going to the TRUNK OR TREAT at 5 and we won't stay late because we have to come home to bed. Temple shift tomorrow.
Tony went out and cleaned out the garden area. We are going to go get some gravel to put down next week so we'll be ready for the builders when they come. We are both so excited and wished each other a Merry Christmas to us! lol
We went to the church at 5 to help set up for our Halloween party. All the tables had a carved pumpkin on them. Here are just a few.

We had hotdogs and a Chili contest. There were so many chili's and they all looked good. I only ate one. There was cornbread and corn bread muffins.  There were chips and simply a lot of food. But that was a good thing because we had a phenomenal turnout!

Indy Rice (in middle)  brought a couple of friends. Several others did too but I only got so many pictures.

The Anderson's were scarecrows. Lynn was a cowgirl!

Everyone had a good time and ate like Kings!!

Sister Smith and her little bundle of Joy!!

The Bishop (with his shaved face) and his curly wig. He was Fezzik from Princess Bride.

Brother and Sister Shorzman were skeletons.
I love this kid!! He sat by me and was Indiana Jones. He had a really cool whip he made from duck tape. His name is  Colter Millward  and he can sing like an angel!!  He is so talented!  He's the one who said the opening prayer in Sacrament meeting last Sunday and blessed the Sunday dinner. It was adorable!!

It seemed like more people came as the night went on. It was so fun! We left at 6:30 because we worked in the temple in the morning. But I got some pictures of some trunks before leaving.

The Ocoma's did a movie theme.

Not sure who this car belonged to but they did Day of the Dead.

Graveyard with webs and spiders.

Cool Frankenstein

The Patterson's. He was a wizard and Lois handed out candy.

The Maloney's was awesome. She was dressed as a witch and she is in a wheelchair. They just recently started coming out and they are just the sweetest couple. I loved their car.
We headed home and let me tell you....we slept like crap. We usually don't eat that late and the chili didn't set well for either one of us.
BUT, IT WAS WORTH IT!!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2025!
