TEMPLE & LIZ'S BAPTISM

It was a cold morning. 29 degrees when we left for the temple but it was pretty nice when we left.

We had a lovely day and I was excited to be able to serve in the baptistry as well as help in Initiatory for a young sister who was going through for her own endowment. It was special. Tony and I got to serve in Sealings our last hour. We very seldom get to do that on our shift so it was nice. After we left, we went to CHICK FIL A for a salad. Then we came home, I iced the mini cupcakes for Liz's baptism and then we loaded up and went to Lynn's to watch what we could of the BSU game. (We had to leave in the middle for Liz's baptism) and it was not a problem because they lost to Fresno State.

Liz's baptism was so incredibly awesome!! I gave the invocation. Brother Adamson spoke on baptism and then Tony baptized her.

Every Elder & Sister who were involved in her journey were there. It was such a wonderful blessing for her!

She was just so cute!  She waved to everyone when she finished wiping her eyes. It was adorable but I missed the shot!

She was confirmed and given
THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST
by Elder Edrington, one of the 1st to teach her. A lot of the Brethren stood in and her blessing was beautiful! So inspired and I cried like a baby. A lot of people did!

I got a picture of her with all the elders and Sister's who were involved in teaching her. From Left to right. Elder Baldoza, Elder Spackman, Elder Anderson, Elder Edrington, Sister Harris, Liz Sister Fonua and Elder Nitzen.

Me and my good friend Liz! I love her. She is special and I am so glad Tony and I were a part of her journey!

Tony and me with Liz

Shelly and Liz. It was such a wonderful day. Shelly and I made the cupcakes and Lynn brought drinks. Someone brought donuts and chocolate chip cookies. It was so well attended by so many members as well as one of her brothers and his wife. (They are not members) and a good friend who drives for FedEx, and another friend who is her her rock hound group. He was a member. I was just so happy that she was supported well. It was such a great day!
