SHED DONE, CHRISTMAS DONE, SENIOR THANKSGIVING SETUP DONE!!~

The men who built our shed, showed up at 9 this morning.

They drove to the back alley and Tony unlocked the back gate.

They got started immediately by putting down the galvanized base.

They put down the floor, which is a treated floor so it can be washed if we ever need to and it won't warp.

Then the walls started to go up.

We were surprised how quickly it was coming together.

The door and shingles and whala........

IT'S DONE!!  And by 2:30 or 3 in the afternoon!

Meantime in the house, I was decorating the tree. I wanted to put it in the front room this year. In the past, it's always been in the back room by the French doors and Tony keeps a long table in front of it. He works on puzzles all the time. I talked him into moving the loveseat to where the chair normally is and the chair over in front of the window. The tree was the last thing I had to put up for my decor. They finished the shed before I got done. lol

I was finally finished by 4:40 and had a little time to rest before we went to the Middleton building to setup for the Senior Thanksgiving dinner. It's tomorrow at 1 o'clock.  Yeti came over about 5:30 and followed us to the church. Tony had his trailer hooked up to his truck and some other brothers were at the church to help. They loaded 4 long tables and the kitchen carts. I got all the water pictures ready to transport to the Middleton building.

We, as well as the Lovelands, Liz, Yeti, the Hendricks, Brother Francis & Tyler Preece got busy setting up tables & chairs and decorating them all. 

It really went pretty quickly with all the help. Thank heaven. My dogs were barking!!

It really looks nice.

Jan (on the left) and Shelly (in the middle) are in charge of the food so I know it's going to be good. 

Liz and I just helped with the set up and we will help with the clean up tomorrow.....after a good meal!  It's been a busy day and I am ready to call it a day!  Tomorrow is gonna be busy too. I did tell Yeti that I wasn't going to do dinner on Sunday. I need a break! lol
