CT SCAN AND ONWARD!~

I got up early today and got ready to go get the CT Scan. I was supposed to be to the hospital at 7:30. I told Tony to stay in bed, I could drive myself! I left at 7am and was early so I was done with the entire procedure shortly after 7:30!!  lol I came home to discover Tony had left to go to the gym in the truck. It was so windy that he couldn't sleep! The flag was whipping like crazy and making so much noise, he took it down and left. 

I went up to the craft room and wondered how to use my new die on a card! I had several of these cards that have somewhat of an indented window on them and a border. I decided to just do a little ink work around the border and place the die cut in the middle of the window.  LOL   Works for me!~

After doing one, I went down stairs to read a couple of chapters in my book. It's getting pretty exciting and I am having a hard time quitting and doing something else!! 

 BUT I HAVE TO!! 

So much to do!

So after a half hour of reading, I mixed up a batch of potato chip cookies and refrigerated them! ONE: the recipe called to do so and TWO: I like to bake them when we want warm gooey cookies!

Then I went back up to finish the cards with the border. It made eight of them and now I have thirteen of the regular size card to do with this die cut and I'm trying to figure out a different way to do them! Tony got home from the gym, showered and we left to go to Lynn's to say goodbye to Diane. Lynn was going to go with her but changed her mind because of a health issue. Diane needed to hit the road as a BIG STORM was heading to Utah and she wanted to avoid the weather.  As it was she still hung around a couple of hours. Tony loaded her car and she printed off several pages of quotes her dad loved for her siblings.  Soon I got a call from Melissa and she was at the place she buys hair products and I had asked her to pick me up some more conditioner that I love. She said she would drop it by Lynn's on her way home. 

It worked out great and Diane was still there so we all had a good visit. Melissa had had a bad day yesterday and needed to unload! She had had a couple of bad experiences at the gym and then Ellie called and told her Joe broke up with her. Melissa was HOT!~ Ellie told her to "Pinky Swear" that she wouldn't call Joe because she wanted to in the worst way! lol We assured her, all would be well and Ellie would have NO PROBLEM finding a good catch when she got home. It may be the best thing to happen! After everyone left, Tony and I ran to Winco to get a few items and then ran the truck through the car wash and then came home!

I mixed up a big old container of 

"REFRIDGERATOR MUFFINS"

and put them in the fridge. They are made with raisin bran! Will make them tomorrow. Hope they are good because the recipe made a TON!~

Then I made us Taco's with the leftover hamburger from yesterday Enchilada's! Mmmmm! I do love TACO TUESDAY!~

I went out to check the mail and noticed the Hyacinth is getting a little bigger! My brother said their almond tress are all blooming (however, he lives in California) but I guess we are seeing signs of Spring as well! And then it started snowing....but it has stopped already! lol  IDAHO WEATHER!!

Tony has gone to a Priesthood meeting and I have a Relief Society Meeting here at our house at 7 tonight. SO, I'm going down to read till he get home!
