ANNIVERSARY OF MY BAPTISIM!~

60 years ago today, my Mom, two sisters and I were baptized into
THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS!~
It has been the BEST DECISION we ever made. I know the church is true and I thank my Father in Heaven and His son, Jesus Christ, everyday for Their guidance and Love. I am so grateful to have ALL the truth through the restoration of the church. We are so blessed!! We wen  to the Temple today and I was able to complete 15 ordinances for my relatives. I did an endowment, five couple sealings, 4 daughter sealings and 5 initiatory. I am so grateful I was able to do so much today. SUCH A GOOD FEELING!~ At 1 o'clock or a little after, we left, and we went directly to Lynn's for a quick lunch. Then we came home, changed and went to the gym to walk. Tony did 4 miles and I did 3. We then left and stopped at Jenni's and I picked up 6 pounds of Jimmy Dean Sausage and 3 gallons of milk.
The ward is having an Easter Breakfast on Saturday morning at 9. Currently, there are only 3 of us in the Relief Society Presidency and we each were assigned to make Biscuits and Gravy for the breakfast. Jenni also got grapes, bananas and orange juice. I got started making it as soon as I got home.

I would cook up a batch and then pour it into one of my Tupperware plastic containers and then wash kettle and start another batch! Tony did the laundry for me (bless his heart) so I could get it all done.

Started a little after 4PM and finished around 7PM.  After it cooled, I snapped on the lids and took it to Jenni's house to be stored in one of  her refrigerators.(she has 2) Now, tomorrow, we will all make around 50 biscuits each. I was going to do them today but Jenni thought they would dry out. I want to get them done early because Tony wants to go to the gym again and we need to be in bed early tomorrow night as we work in the temple on Saturday morning and have to get up at 4am. The sad thing is, we don't even get to go to the breakfast cuz we'll be in the temple. HOWEVER, I like the recipe so much that I told Tony I plan to do it for one of our Sunday meals with Lynn and Joyce. I hope the biscuits turn out. lol When it comes to bread, I'm a bit of a failure. We'll see!!   I am tired and heading to bed now. Tomorrow is going to be another BIG DAY! I should say weekend!!   I found out Christa and the little boys will be stopping on their way back to Washington on Saturday. YAY!~ I'd like to make something in the crockpot before I leave for the temple so I can feed them when they get here.  Just have to figure out what the little boys might like! Then I have to start to concentrate on EASTER dinner for Sunday.  I'm doing the ham and funeral potatoes, so it won't be hard but I have to get it ready the night before so I can get it in the oven before church (which is just an hour this week) I'm hungry just thinking about all the delicious food!! BUT, off to bed right now! I'll dream about sugarplums tonight!
