TUESDAY

As you can see, my cards won out over doing my nails! lol I stamped some dogs and cut out a bunch of red and black strips of paper. I had 12 of them ready to glue when we sat down to watch TV last night.

I feel like I can watch TV and assemble cards at the same time. lol

I'm a Multi tasker don't cha know!

However I only got one done completely before it was time for bed. But all the rest just have to have the dog put on the front with the sentiment and then the white insert put in. Almost there but it may take a couple of days before I get back to them.

Cold and windy AGAIN today as we headed to the gym. It was funny! These two dogs had their heads out the window of the car. One in the front seat and one in the seat directly behind him. As soon as the driver started to go, they got back in and then at the next stop, their heads popped back out! Brrrr, too cold for me to have windows down. Glad I don't have a dog! lol After the gym, we were going to Costco but Tony decided to stop and look at DI. His mother has a friend who is wanting a mattress for her bed and she wants to know if DI has mattresses for a double (or maybe it's a queen) but he decided to stop and see what was available.

 

BIG MISTAKE!  lol

He shouldn't have left me alone as I found several books I wanted! lol Twenty dollars later, we left! I said one of the books had an original price tag on it for $21.98. I told Tony he saved a lot of money. I got all six for the price of one!  lol  He had to agree! 

We still had left over batter from Sunday so I used it up and we ate waffles again.(It's gone now) Deedra and the kids are here so we plan on going over later to play games. We both have meetings tonight. Tony's is at 4 and he'll be done by 5. Mine's not till 6:30 so I'll drop him off and I'll join them later. Gotta jump in the shower now and Tony is paying bills.

After getting out of the shower, Tony was still paying bills so I finished the cards.

It didn't take much time. Now to go and do my hair so I will look presentable at my meeting. lol

After Tony got home from his meeting, we drove over to Lynn's. Deedra had gone to Walmart to get pizza's. We were watching PRIATES OF THE CARRIBEAN with Garrett while she was gone. Deedra got back and they started the pizza's but I had to leave for my R.S. meeting (which by the way, went on forever......)

almost 2 hours! We were assigned birthdays for the month and I got Effie Dickerson! HER BIRTHDAY WAS TODAY! 

So after we finally broke up, I rushed home, washed up my 2nd to last Butternut Squash, got the recipe for the Butternut Curry Soup, got out a card, (boy am I glad I have a ton of premade cards) and headed over to Effie's. I dropped off the gift and then hurried to Lynn's! Just in time to play MEXICAN TRAIN!

I even got cold pizza (which I love) and some Dr. Pepper. We played till 8:30 and then called it a night. It was fun. Wish I hadn't had a meeting but we are getting ready for the Ward Easter Breakfast this Saturday. I have to make 50 biscuits and gravy and then take it to Jenni's on Friday afternoon because I can't go to the breakfast as I will be working in the temple.  Time to wind down and get to bed.
